As the Progressive Democrats of Clinton County, we fight to protect our community from harmful policies and seek long-term, reliable solutions to the issues we face locally.

Questions
Anyone and everyone that wants to implement Progressive policy in Clinton County is welcome to join! If you're not sure what that means, continue reading or feel free to ask us yourself! We are more than happy to explain.
We hope to represent every resident of Clinton County, regardless of race, age, ethnicity, sexuality, or religious belief. We want our home to be a better place for all. While we vehemently disagree with Republicans in many ways, we fight for changes that would benefit them just as much as they would for anyone else.
A Few Policy Points

Data center development must be banned to protect taxpayer money & natural resources

Charter schools must not siphon money away from public schools

Flock & similar ALPR contracts must be terminated to preserve personal liberty & privacy

Local & state officeholders must be held accountable for wasteful spending, no-bid contracts and purchases using public money that personally benefit them

Emergency services must have the funding necessary to serve their communities, of which Senate Bill 1 currently restricts

Constitutional rights must apply equally to all, including due process

Public programs that increase the quality-of-life for residents in our communities must be invested in, such as physical & mental healthcare, recovery support services & childcare

The LGBTQ+ community must be protected

Women's bodily autonomy must be restored
