Kimberly (Kim) Duff is a lifelong public servant and grassroots organizer committed to building a stronger, more transparent, and more engaged community. With experience in campaign work, party leadership, community activism, and government at the local, state, and national levels, Kim brings a practical understanding of what it takes to organize people, build coalitions, and turn community concerns into action.
A political science graduate with both an associate’s and bachelor’s degree, Kim believes government works best when it is accountable to the people it serves. Her approach to leadership is grounded in ethics, transparency, accountability, and meaningful community engagement.
Kim is focused on strengthening local grassroots infrastructure, expanding voter engagement, supporting candidates, and creating opportunities for more residents to participate in the political process. She believes lasting change is built from the ground up through strong relationships, open communication, and year-round organizing.
As a community leader, Independent candidate for Clinton County Commissioner District 3, and elected delegate, Kim is committed to putting people first and working toward a more responsive, inclusive, and forward-looking Clinton County.
