Fabian Espidio
Fabian Espidio was born and raised in Frankfort, Indiana. His interest in politics began in his teenage years, where populist politicians like Bernie Sanders made an impression on him. In late 2024, unsatisfied with the coverage of local news organizations, Fabian established a YouTube channel to contextualize the impact of state legislation on Clinton County. In one video, he presented a program that he developed to predict the effect of Senate Enrolled Act 1 on property taxes in Clinton County. Now a full time computer science student at Ivy Tech, his focus has shifted away from his channel, but not from informing and protecting his community. Using his knowledge in tech, he advocates for policies that benefit all Hoosiers, especially those in Clinton County.
Fabian holds local politicians accountable for their actions and words. He knows elected officials are meant to represent and be a voice for their community, not the vested interests of any political party or politician. Whether through digital media or speaking at a meeting, he calls on elected officials to do better, while offering practical paths to achieve it.
Fabian is the Precinct 8 chairman of the Democratic Party, but his commitment encompasses all of Clinton County. He works to strengthen public programs and services, such as emergency services, schools, and infrastructure. Through conversation with community members, he seeks out ways to empower those who feel unheard.
