Indiana House District 41 Candidate
Resides in Frankfort, Indiana
Jackson Hayes
Jackson Hayes was born in Utah, but grew up in rural Illinois close to Champaign. He lived in Southern Brazil for two years and attended college at BYUI in Idaho, where he studied History and American Government. In 2016, he moved to Indiana. Since 2023, he's called Frankfort home. He's worked in factories, theaters, gas stations, and for moving companies and call centers. Spending time in these roles exposed him to how difficult it is for the working class to get by. He was disappointed to see how often people are hurt by the systems and leaders entrusted to protect and help them.
Jackson is running as the Democratic candidate for State House Seat 41. His guiding principle in running is to provide every Hoosier with the tools they need to pursue happiness. If elected as a state representative, he will commit to lowering costs for utilities, ensuring large corporations are fair to communities and their employees, and supporting emergency services, so residents can have rightful access to speedy help in their time of need.
